Bilingual Program Coach

Job Summary

Passionate about enhancing children's educational experiences, the fully remote Bilingual Program Coach will support families using the Waterford Upstart program by providing personalized guidance on academic progress, social-emotional well-being, and software usage through various communication methods.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with families to offer academic and emotional support for children's learning
• Guide families to available resources and provide personalized support through text, email, online virtual sessions, and phone
• Communicate effectively with families, adjusting coaching strategies to meet diverse cultural and learning needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, family studies, social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in early education, social work, or a related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional fluency in both languages
• Strong computer/technical understanding, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Independent, proactive problem solver, especially in a remote work environment
