Bilingual Property & Casualty Insurance Representative

Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Bilingual Property & Casualty Insurance Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while completing sales and generating quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions and concerns
• Generate quotes and educate customers on coverage and costs while upselling when possible

Required qualifications

• Must have a valid Property & Casualty Producer license in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
