Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Bilingual - Provider Relations Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of calls (100+) per day
• Update customer information within the system
• Provide customers with updates on their requests and process them accurately

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of remote work experience
• Experience in a call center handling large call volumes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must demonstrate empathy, engagement, and flexibility
