Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client communications, including intake and onboarding of new clients
• Schedule intake appointments and initial assessments while managing cancellations and rescheduling
• Establish relationships with pediatric groups to create a pipeline of referrals and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of medical office experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Gmail products
