Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Quality Analyst - Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls and customer issue tickets for quality assurance
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including training material development and process improvements
- Provide feedback and performance reports to improve call quality and adherence to standards
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in revenue cycle management and billing
- 2 years of call center experience
- Experience in training and developing policies and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical systems and quality assurance methodologies is a plus
