Job Summary
As a remote, full-time Bilingual Quality Assurance Coordinator (English/Spanish), the successful candidate will manage quality audits of Care Team interactions across multiple communication channels, ensuring compliance with established standards and enhancing the member experience for both English- and Spanish-speaking populations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of member interactions via telephone, text, and email in both English and Spanish
- Identify quality trends and training needs while collaborating with leadership to improve performance
- Develop bilingual training resources and participate in calibration activities to maintain consistent quality evaluations
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to assess communications in both languages
- Experience in quality auditing, coaching, or feedback within service-oriented roles
- Familiarity with technology tools such as video software, Google Suite, and electronic health records
- Strong understanding of cultural considerations and communication styles relevant to diverse populations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs
