- Monitor and evaluate call, text, and email interactions to provide actionable feedback for performance improvement
- Deliver written reviews and reports related to quality assurance needs across various departments
- Participate in quality calibration and ongoing training, and assist with additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Ability to provide professionally written actionable feedback
- Strong analytical skills and good judgment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under general direction
