Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of human to AI interactions for automotive parts purchasing
• Conduct tests in both English and Spanish to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Examine call transcripts and logs, generating actionable defect reports

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and fitment from supply chain or repair service experience
• Familiarity with automotive catalog concepts and/or Auto Care ACES/PIES
• Experience in structured Quality Assurance testing, including writing test cases and detailing defects
• Ability to work with call transcripts and logs
