Bilingual Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Radiology Scheduling Coordinator to perform scheduling and insurance verification tasks in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform insurance verification and authorization processes for scheduled patients
• Schedule imaging services for patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Manage communication through phone calls, emails, and other clerical tasks related to patient scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
• Associate's degree in a related field or a minimum of two years in patient scheduling, registration, and/or healthcare billing
• Excellent customer service or client relations experience in an office or hospital environment
• High volume call center experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
