Bilingual Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive management of real estate transaction activities in Latin America, the full-time Bilingual Senior Transaction Manager will prepare and execute complex transaction strategies, collaborate with brokerage teams, and act as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for commercial clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and recommend transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations and manage lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and surplus space dispositions
• Track transaction activities and prepare forecasts, commissions, and accounts while collaborating with internal and external teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Experience with a Latin America portfolio and industrial transactions is highly desired
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills
