Bilingual Recovery Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Recovery Agent will manage inbound and outbound collection calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve delinquent account balances while applying industry knowledge and compliance with collection practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deescalate conflict during customer interactions to obtain immediate payments
• Utilize multiple systems for skip tracing and apply appropriate collection tools to minimize bad debt
• Engage in ongoing education with customers regarding payment terms and options

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in French and Spanish
• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
• Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and other computer systems
