Bilingual Recovery Agent

Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Recovery Agent will manage inbound and outbound collection calls, negotiate immediate payments, and resolve delinquent account balances while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts
• Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to manage collections and reach decision makers
• Participate in ongoing education with customers regarding terms, conditions, and alternative payment methods

Required qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (Required)
• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing experience
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable federal laws
