Bilingual Recovery Associate

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Recovery Associate will assist customers in remaining compliant and collecting outstanding balances while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and texts to assist customers with compliance
• Contact customers via outbound calls, texts, and emails to support retention and collection efforts
• Follow up on payment plans and settlements while adhering to department guidelines and goals

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
