Bilingual Recovery Associate

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Recovery Associate will manage customer retention and collection efforts by assisting clients through inbound and outbound communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls and text messages to ensure compliance
• Conduct outbound communications to support retention and collection initiatives
• Follow up on payment plans and settlements while organizing daily tasks to meet deadlines

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
