Job Summary
To support a growing Human Resources team, the remote Bilingual Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting processes for both remote and U.S.-based positions, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and assessment administration.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and manage comprehensive Candidate Avatars and job postings to align with the firm's branding and business needs
- Execute proactive talent sourcing strategies and conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews, optimizing for various U.S. time zones to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a recruiter in high-volume or mass hiring environments
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment pipelines
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is a bonus asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
