Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Temporary Bilingual Recruiter for the staffing industry, the full-time remote position will focus on high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing goals while engaging with the community and utilizing various platforms for outreach.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop creative sourcing plans and write effective job postings to attract candidates
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for various job assignments
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and leverage data to meet staffing goals

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience in a diverse recruiting process
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and various recruitment platforms
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience
