Job Summary

To support high-volume recruitment efforts, the full-time Bilingual Recruiter will source and screen applicants, collaborate with hiring managers on candidate profiles, and maintain a pipeline of candidates while working remotely from Arizona, Nevada, or New Mexico.

Key responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, cold-calling, and networking events
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Generate recruitment status reports and ensure compliance with government agency regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
