Job Summary

To support recruitment for corporate functions and the Latin America region, the remote Bilingual Recruiter will manage the full-cycle hiring process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, gathering requirements from hiring managers and managing the recruitment funnel
• Utilize sourcing tools and conduct candidate interviews to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing updates on application status and interview logistics

Required qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Proficiency with ATS systems and CRM platforms
• Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated recruiting tools
