Job Summary

To support hiring efforts across multiple U.S. markets, the fully remote Bilingual Recruiter will recruit electricians, construction professionals, and skilled trades talent while conducting interviews in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit electricians, apprentices, and construction professionals while managing multiple open requisitions
• Source candidates through various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, maintaining an exceptional candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Previous recruiting experience in electrical, construction, or skilled trades
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and major job boards
