Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Portuguese, the contract Bilingual Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for early-in-profession talent across corporate and sales functions, working remotely to support high-volume hiring and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level corporate and sales roles, from sourcing to offer and close
- Source and assess candidates across various business functions, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and maintain candidate pipelines
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments
- Experience hiring for corporate and sales roles, particularly for early-in-profession talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
