Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Portuguese, the contract Bilingual Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for early-in-profession talent across corporate and sales functions, working remotely to support high-volume hiring and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level corporate and sales roles, from sourcing to offer and close
  • Source and assess candidates across various business functions, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and maintain candidate pipelines
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments
  • Experience hiring for corporate and sales roles, particularly for early-in-profession talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
