Bilingual Recruiter (FL Licensed)

Job Summary

To support a US Federal Government client, the full-time remote Bilingual Recruiter (FL Licensed) will manage full-cycle recruiting for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates across various professional positions, utilizing modern sourcing tools and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Federal and contractor positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while conducting candidate qualification reviews and interviews
• Produce weekly recruiting status reports and maintain documentation within the Applicant Tracking System

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals
• Experience supporting Federal Government recruiting or Government contractors
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Public Administration, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
