Job Summary

Seeking a Remote Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) for a temporary, entry-level position focused on full-cycle recruitment, including interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding staff to support progressive campaigns across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates while creating a positive first impression of the organization
• Manage the full recruitment process from application generation to onboarding, including job postings and candidate follow-ups
• Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet project goals and monitor recruitment effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Some experience in recruiting or a strong willingness to learn recruitment processes
• Passion for progressive policies and social change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Access to a computer and reliable internet with strong tech competency
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required
