Job Summary

Acting as a brand ambassador and driving the full cycle recruitment process, the fixed-term Sr. Recruiter, Spanish Speaking will work remotely to source, screen, and evaluate candidates across various departments, ensuring a focus on candidate experience and diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities, sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates
• Attract top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and creative programs
• Build positive relationships with employees and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking
• Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously
• Demonstrable track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency
