Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French
• 3+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field can substitute for experience
• Demonstrated understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and productivity software
