Bilingual Regional Sales Support

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Bilingual Regional Sales Support will proactively engage with sellers to reactivate inventory, manage account relationships, and collaborate with field teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact and onboard new sellers while managing unlaunched Condition Report outreach
• Leverage sales directives to assist Territory Managers in closing deals and activating listings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance dealer engagement and streamline operations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, automotive wholesale, or dealership operations experience
• Proven ability to build relationships and create urgency over the phone
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on tracking accounts and consistent follow-up
• Comfort with data interpretation and CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
• Collaborative mindset with experience in team-oriented environments
