Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Telephonic Triage Nurse - Remote (Midshift).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
• Document calls accurately and efficiently while following triage algorithms
• Provide superior customer service and adhere to HIPAA compliance policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Access to a private space at home and high-speed internet
