Bilingual Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to provide telehealth and virtual care services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical triage assessments and provide health education to patients via phone, video, and chat
• Make independent clinical decisions regarding patient care and guide patients to appropriate resources
• Document patient interactions and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in high acuity settings
• Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in designated states
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required
