Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the remote Bilingual Reimbursement Case Manager will manage patient advocacy efforts, ensuring access to specialty pharmaceuticals by providing inbound and outbound support to patients, caregivers, and providers while coordinating eligibility and follow-ups for therapies.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate a caseload to ensure timely completion of all case elements and tasks
  • Act as the single point of contact for prior authorization and appeal processing communications with patients and healthcare providers
  • Assess patient needs and refer them to special programs/services as appropriate
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Bachelor's degree or six years of relevant working experience
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefit management preferred
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant, Social Worker, or Senior Reimbursement Specialist preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable in medical and claims processing terminology
