Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enrollment-related calls and provide accurate information to callers
• Educate individuals on healthcare options and assist with enrollment processes
• Support enrollment activities during high call volumes and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience required
• 1-2 years of call center experience strongly preferred
• Ability to learn and retain detailed program information during training
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
