Bilingual Remote Collections Agent

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Remote Collections Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer support, all from a remote workspace within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are past due
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service and prior collections roles
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in using multiple software applications and typing skills
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment
