Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Remote Collections Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service from a remote location within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are past due
- Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
- Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program
Required qualifications:
- Customer service and prior collections experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience in call center environments
- Must be 18 years or older
- Spanish fluency is required for the bilingual position
