Bilingual Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts, securing payments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are overdue
• Maintain confidentiality and provide accurate information during phone interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of previous collections experience
• 2 years of call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
