Job Summary

Connecting with customers to provide exceptional service, the full-time Bilingual Remote Licensed Insurance Agent will assist individuals in understanding their healthcare coverage while working remotely and receiving paid training, licensing, and continuing education support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting appropriate products and services
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including responding to inquiries and following up with customers
• Identify additional customer needs and recommend upgrades to products or services

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum six (6) months of sales experience with strong customer service skills
• Aptitude and self-discipline to learn and pass the state licensing exam
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
