Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to support care navigation
• Coordinate care by addressing barriers, scheduling appointments, and linking patients to community resources
• Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately in electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Community Health Worker, Licensed Practical Nurse, or relevant healthcare degree
• 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assisting, or care coordination
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean, Mandarin, or Hindi is strongly desired
• Experience with electronic health record documentation and remote work
