Bilingual Remote Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant- Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients and healthcare providers to support care navigation
• Coordinate care by addressing barriers, scheduling appointments, and linking patients to resources
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare-related certification/degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assisting, or care coordination
• Bilingual in English and Korean, Mandarin, or Hindi strongly desired
• Experience with electronic health record documentation and remote work
• Willingness to obtain Patient Navigation certification within one year
