Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote Medical Scheduler with Athena EMR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments on behalf of a pediatric primary care practitioner using Athena EMR
- Coordinate, confirm, change, and cancel appointments, including tests and procedures for patients
- Handle approximately 8-10 appointments each hour
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with scheduling patient appointments within Athena EMR
- Quiet workspace setting
- Ethernet access (WiFi is not acceptable)
- Must be bilingual
