Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Resolution Specialist (Spanish Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve assigned member cases from intake to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Serve as a resource for escalated member issues, conducting outreach and providing explanations of health plan benefits
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate member resolutions and track case progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
• Minimum 1 year of contact center experience involving complex problem solving
• Experience assisting members with healthcare services navigation
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in healthcare administration preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
