A company is looking for a bilingual Remote Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and document each call accurately
• Conduct assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service and track productivity metrics

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Access to a private workspace and high-speed internet
