Bilingual Renewal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Renewals Specialist (English/Spanish Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners, addressing inquiries and concerns during the renewal process
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth from existing customers

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
• Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Management preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other software such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience in the technology industry or a SaaS-based organization is highly desirable
