Bilingual Renewals Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Renewals Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners, addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the renewal process
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth during the renewal journey

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
• Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Management preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software
• Experience in the technology industry or a SaaS-based organization is highly desirable
