Bilingual Repayment Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Repayment Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable alerts and follow up with customers regarding repayment inquiries and account status
• Process various repayment transactions and ensure accurate recording of all financial activities
• Prepare and send demand letters, reports, and maintain accurate system records while providing customer service support

Qualifications

• College diploma in Business or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a bilingual environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in receivables and/or collections
• Accounts receivable and collections training preferred
• Bilingualism considered an asset
