Key Responsibilities

• Contact English and Spanish-speaking consumers to gather opinions on client products and services
• Follow a provided script to ensure accurate data collection
• Work independently while managing technical issues and adapting to new policies

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Strong typing skills for quick transcription of verbal responses
• Proficiency in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
• Must reside within the local Nashville area for equipment collection
