Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews with English and Spanish-speaking consumers using a provided script
• Collect and record detailed opinions regarding client products and services
• Ensure high-quality data collection and maintain professionalism during interviews

Required Qualifications

• Fluency and literacy in both English and Spanish
• Strong typing skills for transcribing verbal responses
• Proficiency in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
• Must reside within the local London Ontario area for equipment collection
