Bilingual Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary

Bilingual Risk Management Specialist is a full-time, salaried position responsible for providing consultation, risk assessment, program development, and training in both English and Spanish for clients in Central California.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver occupational health and safety policies and training programs in English and Spanish
• Support clients with risk control assessments and improvement plans to reduce costs
• Collaborate with account teams to enhance client relationships and assist in business development efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in risk control or occupational health and safety
• Strong interest in building long-term client relationships focused on injury prevention
• Valid CA driver's license and vehicle for transportation to client locations
• Preferred degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental health, or related field
