Job Summary

Seeking a full-time bilingual RN, Clinical Operations to provide telephonic education, clinical assessments, and patient support remotely, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers
• Identify and address patient needs related to therapy use, escalating concerns as necessary
• Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of residence required
• Preferred 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience
• Ability to obtain additional single state licenses as needed
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and collaborative interaction with team members
