Job Summary
Bilingual RN Health Coordinators will provide advanced clinical inquiry responses and medical subject matter expertise in a full-time, remote, temporary position supporting the CDC INFO program, while managing health-related inquiries from consumers and professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to health-related inquiries with advanced clinical knowledge, both verbally and in writing
- Conduct advanced database searches and document all incoming inquiries
- Participate in special projects as required and compose relevant documents and reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current, active RN license
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 2-4 years of experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline
- Clinical knowledge of CDC-related topics
- Proficient internet search skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
