Job Summary
Providing advanced clinical inquiry responses, the full-time Bilingual RN Health Specialist will support the CDC INFO Call Center by addressing health-related inquiries and offering subject matter expertise in both English and Spanish while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced clinical responses to inquiries from consumers, educators, and health professionals
- Conduct advanced database searches and document all incoming inquiries
- Participate in special projects and respond to inquiries related to current events affecting public health
Required qualifications
- Active RN license and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 2-4 years of experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline
- Clinical knowledge of CDC-related topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet search skills
