Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments and provide health education
Deliver patient-focused care and guidance through phone or online interactions
Document patient/member interactions and monitor performance metrics for improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with direct patient care experience
Current Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to become licensed in additional states as required
