Job Summary

Bilingual RN - Multi-State Licensed, this full-time position involves providing telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments and health education to diverse patient populations while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical triage assessments and provide patient-focused care via phone or online
• Document all patient/member interactions and monitor performance metrics for improvement
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse
• Must possess a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work at least two weekend days every two weeks
