Bilingual RN - Multi-State Licensed

Job Summary

Compassion-driven and self-motivated, the full-time Bilingual RN - Multi-State Licensed will provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education, and support to diverse patient populations from a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online
• Utilize critical thinking to make clinical decisions and influence patients towards better health choices
• Document all patient interactions and monitor performance using dashboard metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience in high acuity settings
• Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in designated states
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required
